These terms govern your use of Puzzle Crucible. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Using the app

Puzzle Crucible is provided for personal, lawful entertainment. You may install and use the PWA on compatible devices. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or present the app or its assets as your own product.

Local progress

Scores, settings, and preferences are stored locally. They may be lost if you clear browser data, uninstall the app, change browser profiles, or reset your device. The publisher does not currently offer account recovery or cloud backup.

Availability and changes

The app is provided “as is” and may be updated, interrupted, or discontinued. Puzzle generation, scoring, features, and compatibility may change. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Advertising and purchases

Current advertising and ad-removal controls are prototypes and do not represent a completed commercial transaction. Any future paid feature will show its price and terms before purchase and will use an approved payment provider.

Intellectual property

The Puzzle Crucible name, visual design, original code, and original artwork are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The underlying rules of traditional logic puzzles may be in the public domain, but this implementation and presentation remain protected.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights.
